Introduction:
On April 18th, First Capital Group and Tencent’s “Youth Walk” held an online live public welfare lecture on “Required Courses for Middle School Students’ Future Workplace” for middle school students in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao. The speaker of this lecture was the Deputy Director of Human Resources of China First Capital Group, Ms. Dong Biying.

As a senior human resource manager, Ms. Dong Biying has 12 years of human resources management experience. She emphasized that, in dealing with interpersonal relationships in the workplace, it is necessary to have a certain degree of interpersonal sensitivity, be able to accurately interpret the external and implicit meanings of other's words, be good at insight into the others minds, and break the self-centered thinking mode, understand empathy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibly use of various interpersonal communication skills and methods to adapt to the interpersonal environment. Communication is the most important link in interpersonal communication, but communication is not just listening.
