On 13 December 2019, Chen Lin Education Group Holdings Limited (“Chen Lin Education”; Stock code: 1593.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of HKEx. China First Capital Group (“CFCG” or the “Group”; Stock code: 1269.HK), a wholly-owned subsidiary, First Capital Financial Group Limited (“FC Financial Group”) and its First Capital Securities Limited (“FC Securities”) act as joint lead manager. Mr WanYunbao, the Vice President of XiShan Education Group, which is the subsidiary of CFCG attended the listing ceremony.

Chen Lin Education's placement price range was HK$ 2.2-3.52, and the final price is HK$ 2.2. Among the net proceeds of HK $ 478 million.
